How a Song or a Release Group is linked to an Artist Dashboard, and the discography widget in the dashboard, is dependent on how the artist for the ISRCs and UPCs are listed in the metadata when it is registered with Luminate.
If artist XYZ is the sole artist, or a primary artist on a multi-artist release, the data for the release will count towards the data on the Artist Dashboard for XYZ and will be included in the discography widget in the dashboard.
For example, if the artist is listed as XYZ, ABC, or XYZ & ABC, or XYZ X ABC, or other combinations, the data will count towards both artists' dashboards and discographies.
If, however, XYZ is a featured artist, for example, ABC feat. XYZ, the data for the release will only count towards the data on the Artist Dashboard for ABC and only included in ABC's artist discography.
