How does getting documents timestamped work?

Once you upload your documents in BOWI, you will receive an email with various documents :
  1. The TSQ file is a hash of the uploaded document.
  2. The TSR file is the timestamp itself, done by a Timestamp Authority.
  3. The TSR file proves that the TSQ file, generated from the document itself, existed at a given time.
  4. The pem file and the crt file are the certificates of the Timestamp authority, that can authenticate the validity of the timestamp.
All the details and procedure is in the technical_readme.md document. The timestamp is made by freeTSA, an external firm.

Quansic is only a intermediary and can not be held responsible in case of dispute.
