Song Dashboard module

The Song Dashboard displays digital song sales and streams for Songs, which are defined as one or more ISRCs collected under one title.
Songs can be searched using the Search function on the left hand side of the site. You can also search by an ISRC, making sure turn the ID Search on.



At the top of the dashboard is the metadata, which displays the release date, label, duration and genres. It also shows Included In, which lists the Release Groups that the song appears on and which can be used as a link to the Release Group dashboard.
You can also click on More Details, which will show additional metadata, including External IDs.



The next section are the KPIs for the Song, showing ATD (Activity To Date) data for Streams and Song Sales. The data in the Streams KPI can be changed by selecting specific Breakout Views.

The next section is the Activity Over Time. This section displays the data based on the Time Frame selected at the top of the page.
The Activity Type can be changed to show Streams, Song Sales or Release Groups and the in the Streams Activity Type, the Breakout View can be changed to show Total, Commercial Model (Ad-Supported Vs. Premium), Content Type (Audio Vs. Video, in US and Canada location views), or Service Type (On-Demand Vs. Programmed).
The Time View can also be switched between Weekly and Daily views. By clicking on the ellipsis, you can change the view from a Graph View to a Grid View, which will display all the options in the Activity Type and Breakout Views. You can also Export the Grid to CSV or Excel.





The next section is the Activity by Location. which shows data from by country from 48 different countries around the world and is available based on the subscriber's access. In the United States and Canada locations, there is a Markets toggle, when, if switched on, will show data from all the Markets in those countries.
The data displayed is based on the choices selected in the Activity Type and Breakout Views. A map on the right side allows the user to hover over a specific country or market to display the data or the graph on the left side can be scrolled to see all the country or market data.





By clicking on the ellipsis, you can change the view to a Grid view, which shows the data for all the metrics in the Activity Type and Breakout Views and can be exported to CSV or Excel.



At the bottom of the dashboard in the Recordings section. This section shows a list of all of the ISRCs that are linked to the specific Song.
The Grid can be expanded to show all the metrics available in Activity Type and Breakout View while the Pie Graph shows the percentages of the overall Song totals based on the Activity Type and Breakout View selected.
You can also click on the ISRC number and it will take you to the dashboard for that specific ISRC.
