What are the weekly deadlines for sales to be reported?

Below is a list of the weekly deadlines for sales to be reported:

Daily IMO (Internet mail order)

Daily 1:00pm EST

All music sales shipped the preceding day

Weekly IMO (Internet mail order)

Every Tuesday by 1:00pm EST

All music sales shipped Tuesday through Monday the preceding week

Daily Independent and Brick & Mortar

Daily 1:00pm EST

All music sales that were physically received by the customer on the preceding day.

Daily Digital

Daily 1:00pm EST

All digital music sales that were fulfilled to the customer on the preceding day.

Weekly Independent, Digital and Brick & Mortar

Every Friday by 1:00pm EST 

All music sales that were delivered Friday through Thursday the preceding week.

                    ** All reporting deadlines/times are in Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Weekly IMO Example:  An album is being released on Friday the 4th.  Sales that need to be included in the file is anything that was SHIPPED from Tuesday the 1st through Monday the 7th.  File needs to be submitted no later than 1pm EST on Tuesday the 8th.



Weekly Independent, Digital and Brick & Mortar Example:  An album is being released on Friday the 4th.  Sales that need to be included in the file is anything that was DELIVERED/SOLD from Friday the 4th through Thursday the 10th.  File needs to be submitted no later than 1pm EST on Friday the 11th.
