Why is some data not matching between Luminate Connect and Music Connect?
When comparing data between the new Luminate Connect site and Music Connect, there may be instances where there are differences in data.
This is due to some providers not loaded into the Luminate Connect system yet. This is only for Sales data. Sales data in Release Group dashboards and the Analysis tool may not be fully migrated yet.
However, all streaming data is included and ingested, currently going back to Week 1 of 2020, with more historical data to be added TBD.
If you have an issue you would like investigated, make sure you are comparing the same week of data. Luminate Connect is defaulting to the current building week where Music Connect defaults to the previous full week.
Luminate Connect defaults to all types of streams. You may need to filter the Programmed portion from the dashboard.
