Portfolios: Save and manage lists of favorites

Create and manage lists of favorite Dashboards for quick reference with the Portfolios feature.

Open Portfolios from the sidebar menu.

Build a portfolio

If you haven’t created a portfolio yet, Portfolios will open on a mostly-blank screen. Click the + New Portfolio button to get started.

  1. Name your portfolio

Enter a name for your portfolio in the NEW PORTFOLIO pop-up window. Then click the Create Portfolio button at bottom right to proceed.

  1. Add items

If you haven't added anything yet, your portfolio will display another mostly-blank screen. Click + Add Items to search for and select entities.

Search for entities
Adding items to a portfolio works like building a Trend Report. Search for artists, songs and albums (release groups) by keyword or ID, then select any items you want to include.

Keyword results include all categories and are ranked by popularity. In the below example, searching for the band "Geese" returns a few songs ahead of the musical group. Click the Artist, Song or Release Group tabs to see results in those categories only.

Check the boxes at left next to any items you want to add. Or select all results (up to 100) by checking the topmost box.
.
.
Finalize items and save
Go to the rightmost tab, Portfolio Items, to check your list of selections so far.

If you're satisfied for now, click Save Portfolio at bottom right.
.
,

  1. View Portfolio

Portfolios are automatically sorted by entity (Artist, Song or Release Group) and displayed in rows with KPIs visible at a glance.

Portfolios are never “locked.” You may add or remove items as often as you wish.

Manage portfolios

Click ← Portfolios at top left to navigate back to the main Portfolios manager. All portfolios are listed with a title, creation date, date of last update and item counts for artists, songs and release groups.

Click any portfolio to open it and see metrics.

Use the top search bar to filter your existing portfolios by title or portfolio ID. Start a new portfolio anytime with the + New Portfolio button at top right.

Hover over any portfolio row to expose the Actions menu at far right. You can rename or delete any portfolio directly from the main Portfolio Manager. (Exports can only be performed from within a specific portfolio).
