Whether you’re a new user or already have a Luminate account, here’s how to log in, access the CONNECT platform and start uncovering music insights.

The domain used to send account activation and password reset emails is cs.luminatedata.com.

CONNECT is available to registered Luminate Data account holders only. If you or your organization subscribed or requested a demo, you’ll get an email from noreply@cs.luminatedata.com with the subject line “Activate Your Luminate Account Now.” 

Open the email and click the Activate Account link. This link will expire after 90 days. After that, you can request a new one from Sales or Support. 

Your username is the email address you used to sign up. Once you activate your account, you’ll be prompted to choose a new password and security questions. 

All set! You now have a Luminate account.

After you choose a password, you’ll be redirected to your Luminate User Home. (In the future, login.luminatedata.com will take you here as well). This is your personal profile with access to CONNECT and other Luminate products. Click the CONNECT tile to enter the platform. 

If you prefer, you can navigate directly to app.luminatedata.com. Bookmark or save the app URL.

Visit app.luminatedata.com or login.luminatedata.com and log in with your user credentials. 

If you previously used the legacy Music Connect platform, you don’t need to create or activate a new account. Use your existing login to access CONNECT.

The CONNECT home page always shows What’s Trending. You may change the default "Trending" location from the United States to Worldwide or choose a different country from the dropdown. 

But you probably want to use the other powerful features available in Connect. To do that, open the main menu at top left and choose Search, Charts, Analysis or Report Builder.
